What You Bring:
A passion for preventative health, patient education and health promotion.
Strong communication skills to connect and engage with diverse patient populations.
A collaborative spirit and commitment to exceptional patient care.
LPN designation with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience (preferably with diverse age ranges and populations).
Proficiency in Vietnamese is highly valued for this role to better serve our diverse community.
