Your expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and compliance will be crucial to ensuring timely and accurate financial insights that drive operational excellence. Why You’ll Love Working Here: • A key role with visibility across operations, finance, and leadership • Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Work in a dynamic environment with a balance of office and plant-floor exposure • Collaborate with internal and external auditors and global finance teams • Competitive compensation and career development pathways • Strong culture of integrity, precision, and results What You’ll Be Doing: • Conduct full cycle month-end closings (AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets) on a 2-day close cycle • Maintain financial controls, reporting systems, and ensure compliance with internal policies and IFRS standards • Prepare and analyze financial statements, KPIs, and variance reports for senior management • Submit financials to parent company and maintain accurate general ledger records and reconciliations • Coordinate physical inventory counts and align with book valuations • Develop ad hoc models to support other departments (materials, HR, engineering, operations) • Liaise with auditors and corporate officers during external and internal audits • Monitor production metrics, scrap, machine and labor efficiencies, and implement cost control initiatives What We’re Looking For: • Professional accounting designation (CPA preferred) • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment • Deep understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience working under IFRS standards • Familiarity with cost control systems and continuous improvement processes • Previous exposure to ERP systems and sub-ledger management • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We can’t wait to meet you!
