Location: We are hiring for the SOUTH TERRITORY which includes cities in the south central and southern metro area such as Minneapolis, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, Lakeville, Jordan, Shakopee, Eden Prairie and Minnetonka. A territory map is available upon request.

Our full-time Physical Therapist positions are salary exempt and do not vary with visit numbers
You may work 32 hours/week or 40 hours/week - both are benefits eligible
Pay ranges from $93,200 - $99,000 for a 1.0 position
Your full-time work arrangement, whether a .8 or a 1.0 position, in addition to other considerations, determines your salary
Participation in the Saturday on-call phone rotation for bonus pay every 10 weeks is required
Our highly skilled Physical Therapists see between 3-6 patients daily (when working full time). Visit length varies with the type of visit being performed. Our patient population is primarily geriatric. We provide subacute care bridging the gap from hospital, TCU and clinic to home, helping our patients regain independence and live their best lives.

You are assigned to a team with a Lead Therapist who will meet in-person and virtually with you:
For 1:1 guidance
To oversee your onboarding and
To be a resource for you and provide ongoing support

You will attend bi-weekly interdisciplinary meetings with colleagues in your territory to case manage, learn and problem-solve together
You have autonomy and flexibility in setting your schedule

Full-time employees who work 40 hours/week earn about 18 paid days off each year, plus 6 paid holidays.
An employee working 32 hours earns about 14 paid days off, plus paid holidays.

Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (Preferred).
Ability to work and communicate professionally with patients, medical partners, employees, and supervisors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
