This role will work closely with leaders to implement and support the people strategy across the division, with a heavy focus on handling grievances, performance management and conduct matters.You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.Job DescriptionThis is an on-site positionKey responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Ensure that grievances, complaints and ER matters are handled promptly and sensitively and provide timely and appropriate advice and support to people leadersManage end to end investigations into a range of mattersKeep abreast of legislative changes and undertake activities, such as remuneration reviews, for relevant client group to ensure compliance with Modern AwardsProvide coaching to managers to apply HR principles within their teamsLead onboarding programs for new team membersDevelop and facilitate workshops and seminars for leaders and frontline team members on people mattersParticipate in continuous improvement activities Deliver our strategic people initiatives across the employee lifecycleQualificationsTo be considered for this role you will have:HR Generalist and business partnering experienceTertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant disciplineDemonstrated experience in the management of a broad range of ER matters Experience implementing change and/or initiatives Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent stakeholder support Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and writtenExperience in a heavily regulated and performance driven industry would be advantageous Additional InformationThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to work within a dynamic and growing organisation with a terrific teamwork environment.
