Collaborate with stakeholders within HR and across the business to support the roll out of the Technical Career Journey Develop and deliver clear communications for program roll out, stakeholder requirements, data collection and program updates Contribute to the development of program strategy and execution plans, focusing on crafting a journey competitive in the technical talent market, and regularly provide insights to leadership to improve the offerings Oversee and execute day-to-day program management, including planning professional and personal upskilling and development opportunities, sourcing of volunteers and facilitators and execution of events, all with a focus on providing an exceptional participant experience Build and maintain stakeholder relationships by promoting the program and partnering with technical communities to ensure offerings are aligned to relevant skills Collect and analyze data from surveys to highlight key themes and insights to make data-based decisions for program improvements What do you need to succeed? Must have: Driven, results-focused with meticulous organizational, planning and time management skills Passion and experience in delivering exceptional experiences, especially for technologists Skilled at building relationships with a view to driving outcomes and business impact Experience with strategic communications planning and execution Strategic, out of the box, and creative thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment Able to quickly assess problems, prioritize key issues, using data and metrics to provide insight Strong technical skills and knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Nice-to-have: Experience coordinating mid-to large scale projects/programs involving and impacting multiple stakeholders Exceptional writing and presentation skills? including experience delivering presentations to large audiences and senior leaders What’s in it for you?
