You will work in various manufacturing sectors (butter, powdered milk, and cheese cutting). The workload consists of various packaging, manufacturing, and/or sanitation tasks. What this role entails: Perform various activities related to the production of butter, powder, or packaging and conditioning activities; Ensure the maintenance and sanitation of equipment and the work environment; Respect and apply all plant policies and procedures (HACCP, Health and Safety, etc.); Possibility of receiving multiple trainings and expertise associated with major health and safety programs: Lockout, Confined Space, working at heights, hot work; Possibility of qualifying for operator positions in various departments. What it takes to join our team: Be available for all shifts: day, evening, night, and weekends (mostly evening and night); Hold a high school diploma (DES) or equivalent to secondary 5 (asset); Judgment, teamwork, analytical skills, resourcefulness, and manual skills; Experience in a food factory (asset); Knowledge of HACCP and SST (asset).
