For assistance on how to apply, please click here Job Description: Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing primary support to the Originators and coordinating logistics for commodity shipments in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: Assists with contract maintenance and prepares settlements for customers Assists with invoicing and collections Manage customer problems with shipments Reviews receivables and payables needing additional paperwork to complete processing and initiates the follow-up communication Handles corn logistics for corn coming into the elevator Assists Originators with any administrative tasks Facilitate trading activities when required What is expected of you and others at this level: Performs routine, entry-level assignments with a moderate degree of supervision Has developed knowledge and skills through job related training or considerable experience Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems Receives instruction, guidance and direction in a positive manner Minimum Qualifications & Skills: College Diploma (or the equivalent in work experience) 1-3 years’ relevant experience required This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
