What are your contributions to the team?
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professionals who have a common objective: Maximize value generation within the company
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the “Bombardier Operational Excellence” manufacturing management system
Participate and influence the management committee in the strategic orientations of the site
Guide the Industrial Engineering team in the execution of improvement plans, capacity management and the deployment of special projects in different manufacturing sectors
Guide the Business Intelligence Team in the deployment, improvement and maintenance of digital tools
Support and influence collaboration between departments and production teams
Understand the impacts of projects on the capacity of plant sector
Support operations by helping and resolving manufacturing issues
Lead problem-solving activities in a multidisciplinary team setting
Act as a change agent with the parties involved to ensure their leadership of the execution part of the project
Prepare and present progress statuses during governance meetings with the factory management committee
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management or related disciplines
You have between 5 and 10 years' experience
You have in-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing philosophy and principles
You have good analytical skills and enjoy solving complex problems
You have an ability to manage priorities and overcome setbacks
You are on the lookout for new trends in continuous improvement.
You have project management and team leadership skills
You have strong influencing skills
You are interested in change management
You are bilingual (French and English)
You have knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aeronautics industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Plateform tools: Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps (an asset)
