What are your contributions to the team?
Support the project management activities of technical projects in a context of Research and Technology (planning, execution, monitoring and control).
Develop and update projects schedules.
Monitor and report financial, schedule, and scope aspects of the project.
Establish regular monitoring with project stakeholders.
Preparing weekly and monthly presentations on the progress of the project.
Elaborate flow diagrams
Monitor project deliverables
Help improve project management processes (risk and opportunity, change management, project improvement and gate reviews)
How to thrive in this role?
You are currently enrolled in a university level engineering program
You have completed at least two years of the program
You have experience or having taken classes in Project Management
You are motivated, curious and independent
You display leadership skills including leading cross-functional teams
You have strong communication skills including presentation skills
You are familiar and comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
You have experience with project management tools (an asset).
You have experience with the Design Thinking approach (an asset).
