Employment Status: Part-time (20 hours/week). This is a Monday to Saturday location, the successful candidate must be available to work a 4 hours per day Monday to Friday. Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Member Service Advisor at our Airdrie Branch.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary goal is to effectively respond to member inquiries by maintaining a high level of knowledge relating to our products and services, manage traffic flow within the branch, aid members, and complete a variety of administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Achieve or exceed assigned sales and referral goals.
Enthusiastically participate in and assist in the creation of corporate and branch campaigns, and marketing/business development plans.
Identify, solicit, and close sales opportunities; offer appropriate Servus products and services to members in response to stated needs, as well as in response to clues indicating unstated needs.
Build member confidence, loyalty, and trust through the delivery of superior personalized service and the referral or sale of customized financial solutions.
Direct telephone and in branch traffic flow to ensure that member needs are met in a timely manner. Welcome members who arrive for appointments and manage branch calendar.
Recognize and celebrate team successes.
Work collaboratively to accomplish common goals.
To qualify, you must have customer service experience, proven sales experience, cash-handling experience, and a high school diploma.
Although not required, the following are valuable assets:
Previous experience working with a Financial Institution
Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
