Job Summary Job Description Receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments. What will you do? Input/Release function for all activities related to IBC Wires. Book incoming/outgoing wires with Capital Market/ treasury. Deliver high quality, timely and error-free service to clients and service partners on FCA through effective call handling Manage internal and external client relationships from a service perspective, including direct client interactions where appropriate. Proactively manage escalated items to satisfactory resolution. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 2 years’ experience in the financial industry or previous experience in a customer support role Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada. Efficient and accurate data entry abilities Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook) Ability to work in high volume & strict timeframe deadlines What’s in it for you?
