Je m’attends à ce que tu encadres l’équipe de travail, en assure la productivité et la qualité des services offerts : Voici tes principales responsabilités : S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes : Gestion des commandes Gestion des plaintes Gestion des demandes clients Assurer le suivi sur les problématiques Mettre en place et assurer un suivi au niveau des indicateurs de performances Organiser le travail et s’assurer que les employés comprennent leurs devoirs ou tâches qui leur sont attribués. (Plan de travail et relève) Observer la productivité des employés et apporte un avis et un encadrement constructif Communiquer les informations provenant de la haute direction aux employés et vice versa Gestion de l’équipe du service à la clientèle Congé Vacances Évaluation de la performance (avec DSC) Plan de développements (avec DSC) Recruter et accompagner les nouveaux employés Coacher sur une base hebdomadaire les employés de son équipe Assurer le respect des politiques et des procédures de l’entreprise.
