To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you’ll be doing In partnership with Personal Business Banking (PBB) and Commercial Banking & Wealth Management (CBWM) partners, the Consultant, Analytics & Business Effectiveness will lead the analysis and support of various business activities for the Business Effectiveness team within the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) to deliver high quality reports, processes and procedures. Business activities within scope include, but are not limited to Business Continuity Management (BCM), Third Party Management, Operational Resilience, Business Managed Technology (BMT), and other monthly/quarterly reporting for the business. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. How you’ll succeed Relationship Building – Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) within PBB, CBWM, and Enterprise-wide Governance, Risk and Controls teams. Reporting and Analytics – Perform analysis and produce both regular and ad-hoc reporting. Data Management – Exercise quality assurance (QA) on data sets to ensure accuracy and validity before leveraging data for any analytical or reporting purposes. Categorize and retain data according to Records Management policies and safeguard data according to Data Management Policies. Change Champion – Embrace and champion change in order to identify process improvements and gain support from the teams conducting the activities/tasks. Detail Oriented – Apply a high degree of attention to detail with a consistent methodology that will ensure integrity and quality of data. Apply critical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvements while understanding the needs of the various teams. Who you are You can demonstrate experience.
