Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Small Tool / Floor Care Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Calgary. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of rental tools and equipment—including Hilti scrapers, shot blasters, and floor care machines such as vacuums and scrubbers. Cleaning and preparation of construction equipment
The deliver/pick-up of parts and equipment.
Assist in the loading and unloading of rental items
Perform basic maintenance on some rental items
Keep work area and yard in order
Assist with service and maintenance record keeping
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and completing full repairs on tools and equipment, including Hilti hand tools, vacuums, floor scrapers, and scrubbers.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Professional integrity and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Comfortable using computers and digital record-keeping systems.
Conditions of Employment
Previous experience in tool and equipment repair, particularly with Hilti tools and floor care equipment is required
Team-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license
A recent driver’s abstract will be required

Pay Range: $25-30/hr
