At Desjardins, you will play a key role in supporting our members/claimants, and employers by facilitating a smooth and timely return to work following an illness or injury. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, involves working directly with members to guide and assist them through their recovery process. You will be responsible for designing and implementing rehabilitation strategies that are proactive, cost-effective, and delivered in a timely manner. Collaboration with key stakeholders will be essential to ensure successful outcomes and promote sustainable return-to-work solutions.
