We are looking for Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC Delivery Managers who are looking for an opportunity to advance their career and help support our growing Microsoft Dynamics practice and service our growing base of clients! Consulting Managers are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of client implementation projects. This includes project planning, project management, project governance (Scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks), solution architecture, and direct management of implementation teams (on shore and offshore). From requirements gathering to go-live, consulting Delivery Managers lead the implementation team and work closely with client teams and internal RSM support teams to ensure successful implementations and high client satisfaction. In addition, you will assist in the on-going improvement of delivery initiatives, processes, and tools to further enable the future success of RSM led D365 F&SC implementations. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain or previous versions Project or Program Manager of at least four full lifecycle Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects Experience with Microsoft SureStep methodology or similar software implementation methodology DevOps and/or Smartsheet Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies BS/BA or Masters in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Accounting, Engineering or related field Deep knowledge in core business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce, etc Preferred Qualifications: Significant experience in successfully contributing to 5 or more Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations (references will be required) Minimum of at least three Microsoft D365 F&SC certifications (Trade and Logistics, Production or Finance preferred) Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to the consulting team as well as the client team as well as develop strong working relationships with clients.
