Key Responsibilities: Sweeping and mopping floors to keep the work area free of dust, debris, and spills. Emptying trash and recycling bins regularly and replacing liners. Wiping down surfaces, including workbenches, tools, and equipment. Organizing tools and materials in their proper places to maintain a tidy workspace. Cleaning and maintaining equipment (e.g. air filters, vacuuming sawdust, wiping down machinery). Restocking supplies like paper towels, soap, and cleaning products. Disposing of scrap materials in accordance with safety and environmental regulations. Checking for hazards (e.g., oil spills, loose cords) and reporting or fixing them to ensure a safe environment. Experience and Knowledge Expectations: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid First Aid with CPR or willingness to obtain. Ability to work as part of a team in physically demanding environments. Motivated to learn independently and from team members, with strong time management skills. Comfortable working in noisy environments with proper PPE.
