Role description:
The Sub-Program Coordinator will provide essential support to a Sub-Program Manager and Deputy across scheduling, document control, reporting, and communications for a zone or sub-program within one of the biggest infrastructure projects in Ontario. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring strong organizational and technical support skills.
Role accountabilities:
Maintain up-to-date tracking of deliverables, risks, RFIs, and change requests
Support onboarding and coordination of sub-consultants and internal teams
Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership and CJV
Coordinate zone meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track action items
Assist in early warning submissions, scheduling updates, and interface logs
Liaise with the Document Control and Commercial teams for compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordinator or project support role
Familiarity with ProjectWise, SharePoint, Aconex, and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with large infrastructure or transit projects preferred
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a high-paced, multidisciplinary setting

The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $99,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
