About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on IT Operations Transition Lead to support the successful go-live and operational readiness of a high-impact Electronic First Notice of Loss (eFNOL) platform for an insurance organization. This role bridges project delivery and long-term application support, ensuring a smooth transition from build to run.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the transition from project mode to operational support (L3)
Define and document SLA agreements, RACI models, and incident support diagrams
Coordinate monitoring, escalation paths, and dry runs pre-launch
Structure and manage incoming documentation for operational teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consulting partners to ensure readiness
Utilize observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure, Datadog) for visibility and support
Must-Have Skills:
Applied ITIL v4 experience (not just academic)
Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Change Enablement, and Service Level Management
Experience with digital platforms and web applications
Hands-on with Confluence, Visio, and observability tools
Ability to lead meetings, drive clarity, and manage documentation
Ideal Candidate:
5–10 years of experience in IT operations or service management
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with consulting partners
Strong communicator with a balance of technical understanding and strategic thinking
Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments is a strong asset
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
