About the job Position Overview The Cash Logistics Systems Specialist, Canadian Head Office will report to the Cash Logistics Systems Manager. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the functional management of cash processing data and as well as other Cash Logistics systems, including but limited to the points below: Responsibilities (Percent of Time) Understand requirements and configure all new banks/customers accordingly - Compass, Namsys, etc. (40%) Work closely with IT regarding any transmission of data (20%) Assist branches with troubleshooting of transmission or reporting issues (20%) Participate in other Cash Logistics projects (10%) Oversee all standardization and maintenance of system data (5%) Assist customers with add/edit/deactivate (5%) Position Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Strong understanding of data flow and file transmissions Experience in configuration of systems Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Good interpersonal skills Advanced level user of Microsoft Office programs Strategic thinking and analytical ability High degree of attention to detail accuracy Ensuring compliance and quality control Customer focus oriented 5 years’ experience in a similar role Performing research and analysis as required Performance Driven - The willingness to assume personal ownership and accountability Identify & communicate risks in a timely manner Sense of Urgency - The ability to proactively sense, and take action, with problems and opportunities Qualifications Why Brink’s?
