What You’ll Be Doing: • Operate CNC machines and inspect components using precision measuring instruments. • Interpret and follow engineering drawings and process sheets accurately. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with WHMIS and safety protocols. • Detect and troubleshoot issues related to materials and processes. • Uphold quality standards through careful attention to detail. • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. What We’re Looking For: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience in machine operation or mechanical/production environments. • Strong knowledge of GD&T, precision tools, and process documentation. • Basic mathematical skills and ability to interpret production data. Bonus Points If You Have: • Post-secondary education in a technical or manufacturing field. • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using 5S and SPS principles. • Familiarity with traceability procedures and continuous improvement practices.
