You will help implement the team’s wealth management strategy for clients. What will you do? Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with clients and prospects: help determine agenda and key topics, prepare documentation, execute post-meeting work. Attend client meetings when required. Provide proactive client service with a problem-resolution focus and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary. Respond to client account inquiries and remain accountable to follow-up, as required. Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and client service plans. Identify and execute opportunities among existing client base for asset consolidation, referrals, etc. Support advisory team and client through the Wealth Management process. Help gather relevant information, coordinate activities with Wealth Management specialists, track progress and follow up. What do you need to succeed? Must Have Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO (formerly IIROC) Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course University degree A self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindset Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Nice to Have 4 years or more of professional experience within investment industry Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills Highly-developed client service skills What’s in it for you?
