You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team that works hard, looks out for one another, and never cuts corners—on safety or on standards. As a key part of the maintenance team, you’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. You’ll work side by side with the foreman, help mentor apprentices, and occasionally step into the field when needed—all while contributing to a shop culture built on pride, trust, and performance.Here’s a taste of the day-to-day:Hands-on diagnostics and repairs on Class 8 trucks, trailers, and heavy equipmentPreventative maintenance that prevents headaches down the lineWorking side-by-side with other pros to get the job done rightPitching in on a rotating on-call schedule (yes, it’s paid)Sharing your knowledge and supporting newer mechanics in the shopKeeping safety, professionalism, and teamwork at the heart of everything you doQualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty—and you do your best work when expectations are high. You like solving problems. You move fast without cutting corners.
