Reporting to the Data Insights and Enablement Director, the Data Enablement Consultant empowers teams through training, data literacy programs, and cultural transformation, while supporting data management, analytics, and strategic execution. You'll be responsible for: Design and deliver targeted training, playbooks, and best practices to enhance Data and AI capabilities across the organization. Drive data literacy programs to embed data-driven decision-making into daily operations. Define key initiatives, set milestones, and establish success metrics for data enablement strategies. Create resources that support continuous learning in data analytics and AI, fostering long-term skill growth. Lead organizational change to accelerate Data and AI adoption, building momentum and overcoming resistance. Act as a critical link between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment on AI project goals and outcomes. Stay ahead of emerging Data and AI trends, refining enablement strategies for maximum impact. You bring: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in AI, data science, or a similar role, with a focus on business transformation. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics. Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling; developing meaningful and insightful presentations for varies stakeholders. Interpret and communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Excellent organization, planning, and prioritizing skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues. Understanding that success is in the details. You notice things that others don't. Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making. You are a proactive problem-solver with a demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
