As part of our Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods team, you’ll help our customers connect business processes and leverage data-driven technology for better visibility, agility and responsiveness.
The Account Manager serves as the primary client relationship owner, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction across assigned accounts. This strategic role requires regular client engagement through various communication channels, periodic on-site visits, and comprehensive account management. The position demands advanced technical skills, including Excel proficiency, presentation capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Client Relationship Management
Lead client communications and relationship development
Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions
Facilitate weekly client meetings with up to 5 accounts
Develop and present performance analytics
Drive best practice implementation and service adoption

Daily Operations
- Account Management
Process eclaim FTP submissions
Resolve AOF and eclaim tickets within SLA
Update performance statistics
Monitor client communications
Manage exception handling
Process pending item resolution
- Quality Control
Review auto-submitted claims
Validate new verifier work
Monitor evaluation claims
Ensure accurate claim processing
Maintain documentation standards
- Team Support
Provide technical guidance
Support claim verification processes
Assist with coverage requirements
Mentor team members
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Prepare and conduct weekly client meetings
