In this role, you will spend time supporting your Project Managers throughout all phases of the project management lifecycle. This includes developing, managing, and controlling schedules by making continuous updates and mitigation choices, and escalating issues when necessary. Part of your time will be spent tracking progress of small-scale projects and making recommendations on response plans for risks, resolution plans, and results on action items. You may even get to work on the financial side of the projects by reconciling financials, ensuring resolution of anomalies, updating ongoing estimates, and making recommendations. How you'll succeed Project management: Assist in the reporting for strategic initiatives by coordinating status reporting, schedule, change requests, risk and issue logs. Planning and coordination: Participate in requirements gathering sessions. Interact with team members and stakeholders to encourage engagement and connection. You prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks concurrently with strong organization skills. Deliver with speed: Participate in activities to support the launch of projects (such as testing, executing on launch plans, providing support to testers, developing test cases). You make sure we’re delivering on time, within scope and budget, and are future-proofed. You can manage multiple priorities at the same time and iterate effectively. Teamwork: Help internal partners make informed conclusions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
