As we rapidly scale to serve our on and off-Amazon customers, we are looking for
a Software Development Manager (SDM) who can lead their team of Software
engineers and work across our organization and stakeholders, with both strategic
and tactical vision. We are building products that are fundamental to Amazon’s
future, and we are tackling some of the world’s most intriguing problems
involving software architecture design, customer experience, and business
strategy.
As a Software Development Manager, you will co-own driving multi-org, high
impacting initiatives for Amazon. You will lead the software engineering team to
deliver next generation of our Amazon supply chain services by making impactful
decisions and delivering value for our merchants. You are the right fit, If you

- Hire, manage, and grow your team of diverse engineers.
- Create and maintain short and long-term product and tech roadmap.
- Contributing to the 3-Year technical and the operational plans for our
products and services.
- Influence stakeholders within and outside of the org and be able to work
across multiple orgs.
- Deliver value for our customers while also focusing on building the right
tech for operational excellence, maintainability and future extensibility.
