SUMMARY Under limited supervision, the Senior Corporate Account Experience Manager is responsible for coordinating and negotiating contractual requirements, implementing customer agreements and fulfilling contractual obligations between Motion Industries and our customers. This role ensures compliance with the specific requirements found in each Corporate Account customer contract. The Senior Corporate Account Experience Manager has customer assignments and spends a significant amount of time at customer locations. JOB DUTIES Implements customer agreements by working with and through customer and field personnel. Manages contract performance to facilitate customer relationships. Reviews customer contracts and transactional data to assess company compliance with terms of agreement. Manages the implementation of a contract by communicating with all levels of employees. Assesses customer product needs to determine additional products and service offerings to sell. Facilitates or leads local branch and plant engagement and projects. Negotiates customer terms on behalf of a Corporate Account Manager (CAM). Presents contract performance information at Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with CAMs. Travels to customer sites to conduct and participate in customer meetings and/or presentations. May supervise/mentor lower-level employees. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires a bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Expert at all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong project management skills. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Results oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel required.
