To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What You’ll Be Doing The Continuity, Crisis and Regulatory Support team provides support, coordination and highly specialized expertise for incident/crisis management and business continuity management, which includes various project implementations that are necessarily to strengthen the overall resilience for our Bank. In this position, the Business Analyst will contribute to the ongoing design, maintenance and cost effectiveness of the overall enterprise Crisis Management/Business Incident Management/Business Continuity Management Programs, recognizing the increasing importance of the management of business interruption risk in the environments in which CIBC operates. How You’ll Succeed Accountability - Ability to meet pre-defined timelines through effective prioritization and accurately producing BCM documentations to a standard required for regulatory reporting. Ability to ensure the recovery sites are managed as expected and readily available whenever necessary. Also, supporting with tech load reduction with incident ticket management. Deliver with speed - You make sure we’re delivering on time and can manage multiple priorities at the same time and iterate effectively. Engagement and relationship management - The role will work with people at all levels in the organization. Expectations would include a hands-on teamwork approach to ensuring documentations are completed, solving problems, planning, following up on requests and managing change. Communication - Creation of detailed BCM documentations, various reports and analysis in support of strategic initiatives and overall business performance.
