EBC is seeking a Site Clerk for our Ladore project in Campbell River to perform various administrative tasks. This position is site-based at the Ladore Dam, approx. 20 mins west of Campbell River.
Requirements
Daily completion of payroll from site time sheets
Purchasing materials and supplies as requested by Site Management
Weekly completion of equipment log
Handle all administrative responsibilities, as assigned
Daily use of computer software including Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as our Payroll and Purchasing systems
Administers and maintain confidential information and records, including employee files
Completing necessary reports for site management
Managing other administrative tasks, as required
Profile Needed
Completion of high school
minimum one year of office experience
minimum three years of experience using Microsoft Office products at a high level of proficiency
excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

outstanding organizational skills
ability to effectively manage competing priorities daily
ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
