We are now seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales efforts across multiple platforms and verticals.
Who you are:
As Head of Sales, you will drive overall sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales teams, and identify new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with AdmitONE, MRG Live, MRG Events, and media divisions to craft and execute impactful partnerships, experiences, and campaigns. Your mission: grow revenue, inspire teams, and help deliver Positive Shareable Experiences (PSEs) for clients and audiences alike.
The fine print:
Develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
Build, manage, and grow inbound and outbound sales teams, fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including leadership, marketing, content, and operations—to align sales efforts with company-wide initiatives.
Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities, particularly with third-party partners and untapped verticals.
Prepare and present sales performance updates, insights, and forecasts.
Maintain and grow a robust client base through relationship-building and consultative selling.
Utilize CRM systems to manage pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
Represent AdmitONE at networking events, industry trade shows, and promotional activations.
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to enhance sales collateral and branded content.
Create tailored pricing models and proposals that align with client needs and strategic goals.
Ensure a smooth client handoff to operations and guarantee flawless execution of deliverables.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities.
Coach and mentor team members to support their development and career growth.
We are looking for someone with:
4 years of experience leading a sales team; experience in ticketing or live events is a strong asset.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for hunting new business.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate ideas into executable plans.
Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills.
Demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations and deliver standout experiences.
Strong business acumen and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Asana, and Tableau.
