Requirements Level 2 General Insurance License or actively pursuing Level 2 License 1 year experience in the Insurance sales environment preferred, but will take all skills, abilities and experience into consideration Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities Excellent Insurance Product knowledge Sales drive and initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong communication skills A Day in the Life You’ll work in collaboration with the Branch Leadership team, work towards the development of a high performing and engaged team. You’ll provide feedback to the manager for team members performance reviews while providing guidance to the team. You’ll maximize resources through effective scheduling You’ll ensure compliance with all insurers (ICBC, CNS, Family etc.), Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations You’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documents and funds You’ll manage sales, retention and service needs of clients, balancing between Insurance Advisor and Supervisor duties as appropriate You’ll ensure employees are connected to Hub in the bigger picture and understand the mission, values and goals of Hub Where This Can Take You We invest in our employees! The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
