As a Business Analyst Co-op on this team you will you will partner with various data intensive projects as well as key business stakeholder and assist with developing monitoring algorithms, implementing new strategies, and continuous improvement to existing strategies. This role will require developing and maintaining automation, tool enablement and robust data strategies. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Knowledge of Technology – You will leverage scripting and automation for continuous improvements and enhancements. Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and writing skills to effectively articulate ideas and opinions that involve analysis, interpretation, and assessment. Relationship Management- Focus on building strong relationships with internal and external clients. Work collaboratively with teams across the bank to understand their data and analytical needs. Work with the teams to identify their data and analytical needs and provide appropriate support and recommendations.
