Qualifications & Requirements
Completion of a minimum 2-year (2200-hour) massage therapy program.
Active license to practice massage therapy in Alberta, in good standing.
Specialization in therapeutic massage (deep tissue, sports massage preferred). Note: We are not currently hiring for relaxation-focused massage therapy.
Active membership with a recognized Alberta association.
Current First Aid & CPR-C certification.
You must be willing to collaborate and co-treat. Only team players may apply.
Professional liability insurance.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A client-focused approach with a passion for active-based rehab and education.
A clean criminal records check.
Preferred (Assets, Not Required)
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
Training in cupping, hot stone therapy, or other modalities.
Experience working with acute/chronic pain and performance clientele.
Availability for Saturday, Sunday, and additional weekday/evening shifts.
Strong attention to detail and professional reliability.

Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments to clients with a focus on therapeutic outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to develop integrated treatment plans.

Manage scheduling, client payments, and insurance records efficiently.
Collect medical histories and create personalized treatment plans.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with privacy regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and adhere to clinic policies.

Actively participate in business development, outreach, and client follow-ups.
