The Marketing Administrator would be joining a dynamic team under the guidance of the Team Leader to provide administrative and customer support to client service requests. The successful candidate will be working towards improving the efficiencies of a fast paced team. You’re great at: Timely handling of client service requests within a 24-hour period. Sending letters and/or emails to our insureds and CISs in a timely and professional manner. Answering telephone calls and handling or forwarding same in a professional manner. Collection, processing and forwarding of cheques and credit card payments to our accounting department in a timely manner. Prepares, distributes and manages invoices on a timely basis. Assists with communication with providers as directed. Monitors and orders office supplies as necessary Provides additional office support as required You have: 3-5 years insurance industry or insurance brokerage experience Previous customer service experience.
