About the job We are excited to announce that we have an opportunity for a Full-time Vault Cashier (6 months contract) position with possibility for extension! The Vault acts as a distribution center for the Branch, in which all incoming and outgoing parcels, coin orders/deposits, air courier deliveries/pickups are documented and maintained under strict security and operating procedures. As a vault cashier, you will have the opportunity to: Oversee the daily activities of the vault Prepare runs – truck assignments, liability dispersal and item check-out Receive and ship parcels Verifying incoming/outgoing liabilities Balance and audit vault contents Maintain audit trail for all incoming and outgoing shipments Ensuring receipts for all shipments and all vault documents are accurate and meet time sensitive delivery deadlines Data Entry Ensuring vault opening and closing procedures are adhered to Storing coin and balancing vault sheets; prepare coin orders Promote a positive work environment Ensure Productivity Standards for Customer Service Response Times & Cash in Transit are continually met Ensure procedures and processes are performed in accordance with general security regulations Follow correct procedures to ensure 100% building security at all times Qualifications Qualifications: Previous experience in ATM, Armored experience will be considered a strong asset A valid Possession and Acquisition License for both restricted and non-restricted firearms and full driver’s license Post-secondary education or related experience, preferably in a logistics setting Advanced computer proficiency Action oriented, able to maintain composure under pressure Excellent organizational and communication skills Able to manage conflicts, and make accurate logical decisions Strong internal and external customer focus Able to work effectively alone or in team scenarios Why Brink’s?
