What Will You Do?
HR advisor duties, including employee relations, rewards & recognition, policies, and employee development as required
Implement and support HR programs, policies, and processes in alignment with company strategy and priorities
Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance in accordance with company policies
Assist management and leadership with employee relations issues and performance management
Assist with preparing and support of annual HR processes for performance management, salary and bonus review, and headcount planning
Preparation of HR documentation such as contract offers, disciplinary, and termination letters
Interpret policy and applicable legislation as needed
Administrative duties related to HR programs and initiatives
What Will You Bring to the Role?
Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in HR, Business or related discipline
CPHR designation is an asset
3-6 years experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist role
Industrial experience preferred, such as oil & gas, manufacturing, forestry, or construction
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
