Job Summary Job Description The Fall Intern will be a member, and key contributor, of the RBC Capital Markets (RBCCM) Business Transformation and Governance (BTG) team which supports the organization by working closely with business partners across the entire platform. In this role, you will support the Supplier Management Office to provide analysis for implementation and improvement of processes, workflow, project management methods, computer systems and other tools to support policy administration and customer service. What will you do? Apply exceptional business acumen and strategic/financial analysis to support the execution of projects and/or project tasks, including planning, analysis, assessment of alternatives, developing recommendations, and communication of results Regularly report progress of work stream status, milestones, achievements, and risks/issues in both formal and informal settings Support the preparation/content creation for executive presentations What do you need to succeed? Must-have: Experience with business problem solving Excellent business communication skills Financial acumen Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, lookups) Eagerness to learn and strong interest in Capital Markets Nice-to-have: Previous co-op/internship experience in a similar role General knowledge of Capital Markets industry/products (e.g. Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets, etc.)and/or experience working in Capital Markets What’s in it for you?
