Job Summary: Responsible to achieve sales goals, market share and profitability for the customer account, in accordance with Arterra Wines Canada policies. This person will manage the customer relationship and successful execution of portfolio priorities. Strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset to drive growth on big brands and fuel our Innovation ambition. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the results for the account(s) from revenue ($XM - $YM), value share of market, and CAM ($XM - $YM) perspective. 30% Present, negotiate and ensure the integration of corporate strategies (growing our core portfolios, delivering successful product launch, optimizing promos and omnichannel activations, influence distribution, etc.) to secure the achievement of established corporate objectives while respecting the specific profile of each customer. 20% Lead multi departmental task forces to ensure alignment on projects, strategies and key issues in the commercial business. Responsible for commercial deliverables and ensure that all customer deadlines are met. Work with Sales Strategy teams to manage promotion strategy and budget. Work with Shopper Marketing to develop in store programs to support displays, product launches and tastings. 20% Manage budget granted for each account ($) and use insight / analytic tools to ensure Arterra Wines Canada gets the best ROI while ensuring we are delivering against our commercial strategies. · Prepare, recommend forecasts to ensure we meet metrics. 20% Develop and maintain strong business relationship with external and internal customers to ensure ongoing and increased market growth of Arterra Wines Canada products. 10% Qualifications: Minimum Required: Education: University Degree Experience: 6-8 years in Key Account Management · People Management Qualifications, Certifications or Designations: Valid driver’s license · WSET 2 or equivalent wine certifications Preferred: Education: Business Degree Experience: Experience in Beverage Alcohol or Consumer Package Goods · Has connection / experience with key customers Qualifications, Certifications or Designations: · WSET3 and/or other equivalent Wine Certifications Supervision: # of reports: 1 or 2 (Examples; Account Manager, Listing Tender Analyst) Working Conditions Office environment. COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – $115,686.00 -$149,711.00 the budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
