Your Tasks
Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of indices with varying levels of complexity
Execute systematic, rules-based selection and rebalancing of both Solactive and client indices
Act as a key liaison for an international client base, including leading investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading desks
Develop, enhance, and maintain index algorithms within the company’s framework
Develop, deploy, and maintain models, tools, and solutions that support and align with the team’s strategic goals
Analyze, evaluate, and enhance internal processes and workflows to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
Leverage a deep understanding of investment concepts and strategies to refine, maintain, or drive innovation in existing indices
Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers throughout the software development lifecycle
Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among team members to ensure seamless execution of projects
Your Profile
Academic background in Finance, Economics, or Engineering
Advanced qualifications preferred, such as CFA, FRM, or a relevant Master’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance industry or related fields (e.g., equity research, trading, investment, or asset management)
Strong knowledge and passion for capital markets, with a keen understanding of industry trends
Demonstrated academic background and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing deterministic models or machine learning solutions preferred
Innovative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility in execution
Highly structured, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Intercultural competence and adaptability, thriving in a global work environment
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBA, MATLAB, and SQL, along with experience using relevant libraries
