About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Centralized Services Support (Clearing Desk) to join our team on a one-year term contract at our branch in Bonnyville, AB.
The Centralized Services Support role ensures all daily operations and maintenance of back-office functions relating to cheques and digital payment items are processed efficiently. The role is also responsible for related investigations, traces, auditing and troubleshooting to support our members and internal departments.
More specifically, some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform general tasks related to external file processing, exception handling, error identification and correction.
Reconcile internal accounts, holding accounts and General Ledger's related to external file processing and payment systems.
Coordinate all activities involving items in transit, including report review and production, for the timely resolution of risk and operational issues.
More About You
In order to qualify for this role, you will need basic accounting and strong analytical skills along with your high school diploma. Previous banking experience is an asset.
