Location: Richmond, BC, Canada Work Arrangement: Onsite Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and e-mail in a courteous manner Diagnose problems through troubleshooting skills, logic, research, and isolation steps Configure, support and perform routine maintenance of hardware and software for desktops Troubleshoot PC and printer problems Provide basic LAN/VPN support Install and upgrade software Build and deploy PCs and Laptops Record all client inquiries, from initial call to incident resolution Manage Active Directory environment Maintain VOIP phone system Maintain records of hardware, software and network inventory Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of Desktop support experience in medium to large corporate environment Strong Windows 11, Outlook & Office 2016/o365 knowledge Excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability to multi-task BS in Computer Science/ Information Management The intent of this job description is to describe the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
