What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and book travel for event teams: flights, hotels, and rentals
Set up and audit event platforms like Fotaflo and FundRazr
Manage internal systems (Salesforce, SharePoint) for logistics tracking
Request and organize insurance documents and certificates
Audit contracts, finance reports, automation emails, and client access
Track timelines and ensure event logistics are executed on schedule
Collaborate across departments to maintain up-to-date client and event files
Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing process improvement
Support with NY DOL compliance paperwork as needed
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, administration, or event coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and follow-through
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, SharePoint, or other project management systems
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
Bonus: Experience with nonprofit, tourism, or event industries
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $45,000 (based on experience)
