The Specialist, EDI implements and supports EDI with the Vendor Community and internal business partners in accordance with Holt Renfrew’s business objectives. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Monitor EDI transmissions coordinating with the Holt Renfrew business areas, OpenText and Vendor Community as required Main Point of contact for all EDI issues for the Holt Renfrew business areas and Vendor Community Onboard new vendors to EDI Review and revise vendor technology documents in accordance to the business needs Create and maintain relevant databases for the purpose of tracking EDI statistics Develop, maintain and communicate EDI documentation Participate in vendor meetings The ideal candidate: Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3 years of EDI or Supply Chain experience Advanced technical skills (SAP preferred) Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to problem solve and work independently Strong knowledge of EDI transactions and VICS standards Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Intermediate or advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel Holt Renfrew is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
