En tant que technicien SST, vous apporterez un soutien à l’ensemble du département de gestion des lésions en effectuant des travaux de nature administrative. Son travail est généralement standardisé et réglé par l’usage courant de modèles de lettre. Plus précisément, vos principales responsabilités consisteront à : Commander les copies de dossiers à la CNESST et auprès des divers services d’archives, en faire la réception ou relance si nécessaire. En faire le classement également dans les dossiers numériques au besoin. Voir à la numérisation de documents au système informatique et entrée de données diverses lorsque requis par un conseiller de l’équipe. À la demande d’un conseiller, assurer le traitement des comparutions, contestations ou désistements requis dans les dossiers. À la demande d’un conseiller, assurer le processus complet de demande de BEM, désistements ou amendements. Traitement du courriers papier ou numérique et classement dans les dossiers numériques au besoin. Assembler des documents afin de supporter les conseillers dans les demandes d’expertise médicale Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes de nature administrative. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les qualifications et compétences suivantes sont requises: Organisation : Capacité à gérer efficacement les tâches administratives et les priorités. Communication : Bonne capacité à communiquer de manière claire et efficace, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. Polyvalence : Capacité à s'adapter à différents types de tâches administratives Rigueur : Souci du détail et capacité à effectuer des tâches administratives avec précision. Collaboration : Capacité à travailler en équipe et à soutenir les membres de l'équipe Initiative : Capacité à prendre des initiatives pour améliorer les processus administratifs et contribuer de manière proactive à l'efficacité du bureau. Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Compétence dans l'utilisation des logiciels et outils informatiques, notamment la suite MS Office, principalement Excel et Word Gestion du temps : Capacité à gérer efficacement son temps et à respecter les délais.
