Position summary: Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Insights & Analytics, the position's principal objectives are to provide actionable insights to customers, driving growth in key categories where Conagra competes. The candidate will identify and review opportunities related to category merchandising, pricing strategy, and the optimization of category assortment and shelf. The position offers a unique experience to build relationships with key retail customers as well as to provide guidance and influence the strategies of our internal teams, where our partners include Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Revenue Growth Management. Responsibilities: Identifies customer-level growth and profit opportunities through data analysis Drives category and brand performance with our customers through MAPS recommendations (Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, Shelving), driving continuous improvement across key KPIs. Build holistic category reviews from multiple data sources (Nielsen, Retailer POS, Numerator and others) to become a valued and trusted category resource Support the customization of materials as part of sell-in, defense, and/or opportunity-building presentations. Drive improved usage of analytics and insights within the Customer Sales team, support the team with helping them understand the tools that are available to them. Support the creation of ‘Gold Standard’ planogram visions for assigned categories, analyze and create planograms in line with this vision for both internal and external teams. Qualifications, Education & Experience: A University Degree. An MBA is an asset. Minimum 2 - 3 years of Category Management, Sales and/ or Marketing experience in the CPG industry Strong familiarity with the Canadian marketplace and the dynamic that exists between brands, retailers and consumers Strong working knowledge of the following tools: Nielsen IQ JDA Space Planning software Numerator Promo Intel Retailer POS experience is an asset (i.e. LDIA, Retail Link, Circana, etc.) Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills are a must, and working knowledge of MS Power BI would be an asset. SF: LI Compensation: Pay Range:$77,000-$113,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
