We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support the AskHR knowledge and education team by refining content for integration with generative AI tools. The co-op will gain insights into internal knowledge management systems, learning how content is collaboratively created with HR colleagues and how it supports the AskHR contact center. Additionally, they will develop a basic understanding of reporting tools and metrics that inform the AskHR knowledge and contact center strategy. Position Responsibilities: Maintain and update the overdue article spreadsheet by reaching out to content owners to ensure they complete the required reviews. Assist with basic article cleanup efforts, utilizing Salesforce to organize and refine content efficiently. Support the Salesforce case coding project to improve data categorization and management. Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a co-op program at your post-secondary institution. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR stakeholders and team members. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and storytelling. Interest in human resources, demonstrated through active participation in relevant projects and initiatives. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and outcomes. Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Excel and Power BI to manage and interpret data. Eagerness to learn and adapt, staying informed about HR trends and best practices to enhance professional development.
