If this sounds like you, Broadstreet Properties is seeking a Pest Control Technician based in Saskatoon to be responsible for providing timely and cost-effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to our tenants and site staff. The Pest Control Technician must be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights while providing exceptional customer service.
Your contributions to the team:
Inspecting buildings and premises for signs of infestations
Determining type of treatment needed to eliminate pest issues
Using baits and setting traps in a safe manner to remove pests
Preparing and spraying chemical mixtures on infested areas
Applying pesticides in and around building and other structures while following safety procedures
Designing and carrying out pest management plans
Supporting and developing the growth of the program
Coaching tenants and staff on preventing infestations
Controlling live trap pigeons on buildings and premises
What you need to be successful:
Provincial Pesticide Applicator License
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Available to travel between sites throughout Saskatchewan as required
Great communication and excellent customer service
Ability to operate hand and power tools
