ABOUT THE ROLE
The SAC Administrator is part of the Country Eastern Canada Finance Team. This role will be responsible for developing dashboards, visualizations, and supporting the planning process of the local finance team in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud). The SAC Administrator works closely with, and in support of, the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
Ability to communicate SAC technical terms in business terminology
Timely delivery of analytical & Ad hoc request in support of country reporting requirements including modelling and dashboards
Continuous process improvement including automation & efficiency
Have a full understanding of all SAC web client functions (security, work status, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, etc.)
Experience working in Microsoft Excel to be able to leverage the SAC Excel Add in for data queries and advanced ad hoc reporting
Skilled in report writing/financial modeling scripts in SAC and in input template development
Previous Experience in BPC support projects preferred
Design, build, and maintain- Support process automation and efficient reporting for the FP&A team.
Develop understanding the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other key company metrics to be able to create reports based on these KPIs and validate this information on a regular basis. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Completion of a Professional accounting program (CA, CMA, CGA or CPA) preferred
Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, Analytics, Data
5-7 years professional experience required
In depth systems knowledge and experience with BI tools (even if not SAC specifically)
Certifications/Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, or related tools
Advanced MS Office, Excel and Access skills for reporting and data analysis
Advanced dashboard and modelling skills, including use of AI tools to improve and streamline reporting automation
Business Intelligence skills and experience in training/building training material
Strong Project management skills
Demonstrated ability in financial/business analysis

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
