The Logistic Analyst will analyze and optimize logistics operations, driving business growth through data-driven insights and process enhancements, for our Consumer Goods business in North America. About the Role Essity is looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst who will be responsible for: Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations Develop and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions Leverage data analysis to drive business outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction Identify and mitigate logistics-related risks to ensure smooth operations and supply chain continuity The ideal candidate should/could live in Oakville, Ontario Canada. What You Will Do Design and build dashboards to track key logistics metrics, providing real-time insights and data-driven decision making Develop and lead projects based on dashboard insights, driving process improvements and operational efficiency Implement and manage Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) models to drive business growth and ensure product availability on shelf Provide operational support and expertise to drive business objectives and meet customer needs Who You Are Bachelors degree required. 3+ years of logistics and data analytics. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation. Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement and optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes, with a focus on driving growth, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
